Want to join lubbock’s luxury organizing team?
Do you have a knack for taking the cluttered and chaotic and turning it into something beautiful and calm? Are you not afraid of hard work - mentally, emotionally, and physically? Do you love the feeling of completing something amazing every day? Well then it sounds like you should join our team!
More Details below!
This might be a good fit for you if:
You enjoy creating order. You genuinely enjoy sorting, folding, labeling, arranging, and making spaces feel intentional and functional. If transforming clutter into calm energizes you, this work will feel deeply satisfying.
You are naturally non-judgmental and supportive. You are comfortable helping clients through a vulnerable process while also being kind, respectful, encouraging, and not critical.
You are a self-started who can dive in. Organizing jobs often require you to assess a space, make decisions on the fly, and stay focused without being micromanaged.
You see both function and aesthetics. It helps if you enjoy the marriage of both — where things make sense and look good.
You are okay with hands-on physical work. Organizing can involve lifting, moving things around, and staying on your feet for long sessions - sometimes all day.
You are comfortable working with people - not just stuff. Great organizers listen well, communicate clearly, and help clients stay motivated and confident through the process.
You enjoy solving problems and bringing calm to chaos. Every home and client is different — and you’ll succeed if you love finding smart systems that make client’s life easier.
You like a structured yet flexible schedule. Many organizing companies operate session-based days, typically with set start times and work until the work is done.
You are ready to learn continually. Each day is a new day with different challenges, clients, and projects to manage, if learning new ways to help clients, excites you - this would be a good fit.
