We come to you, pick up your gently used items, and get them to people in our community who truly need them. All you have to do is sign up and set things out.

This year we will be picking up donations from Lubbock and the surrounding areas - Levelland, Shallowater, New Deal, Abernathy, Idalou, Ransom Canyon, Buffalo Springs, Slaton, New Home, and Wolfforth!

June 8th - 10th, 2026

Here’s how it works!

No drop-offs, no heavy lifting, no hassle. We do the work — you just gather your things and leave them out for us.

Fill out the form and we'll get you on the schedule with your preferred pick-up date. You'll receive confirmation with your pickup day.

Step #1:

Snap a quick picture of your pile the evening before and text it to us at 806.590.0771. This helps us plan our route!

Step #2:

Have your donations set out by 9am on your pickup day. We'll come to you — no need to be home.

Step #3:

Let us handle the rest! Your donations go directly to people in our community who need them. That's it — easy and impactful.

  • We happily accept a wide range of gently used items, including:

    • Clothing & shoes (all sizes — adults, kids, babies, mens, womens, you name it!)

    • Household items, kitchenware, & small appliances

    • Kids' toys, books, and games

    • Linens, towels, and bedding

    • Décor, frames, and art

    • Suitcases, purses, bags, and accessories

    • Holiday items and seasonal décor

    • Unopened hygiene items

    • Non-perishable food that is not expired

    When in doubt, ask yourself: would you feel good passing this to a friend? If yes, it's probably a great donation!

  • We don't require any special packaging — just gather your items in bags, boxes, or bins that are easy for us to load up. Clean is always appreciated, but a quick once-over is all that's needed. No formal folding or organizing required — that's kind of our thing. 😊

  • Of course! Life happens. Just text us at 806.590.0771 and we'll do our best to accommodate a different day within the donation drive. The earlier you let us know, the easier it is to adjust the route!

  • Nope! You do not need to be home for the pickup. As long as your items are set out and accessible by 9am, our team will take care of everything. No waiting around required.

    🔒 If your home has a gate code or specific access instructions, just include that in the notes field when you sign up (or text it to us beforehand) and we'll make note of it.

  • More donations = more joy! 🎉 If you have a particularly large haul, the night-before photo is especially helpful so we can come prepared and make sure we have enough room in the truck to get everything.

    For very large volumes, feel free to text us ahead of time at 806.590.0771 so we can plan accordingly and make sure nothing gets left behind.

  • Every item collected during the drive is sorted and delivered directly to our trusted nonprofit partners right here in the Lubbock area. We vet each partner to make sure your donations are going to people who genuinely need them in our community.

    Past drives have filled our warehouse and reached families, shelters, and organizations across Lubbock — and we can't wait to do it again this summer. 💕

  • To make sure every donation can go to good use, we're unable to accept:

    • Items that are broken, heavily stained, or in poor condition

    • Large furniture or mattresses

    • Electronics we can't verify are working

    • Hazardous materials of any kind
